What are the payment options?
The online shop accepts all major credit and debit cards. This is the same for telephone ordering also.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the quality of your flowers please report this within 2 hours of delivery and with photo confirmation. We carefully check all our products before they leave the shop to be delivered and our drivers are fully trained in handling the flowers.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do indeed. :-)
Can you deliver same day?
Same day delivery is often available subject to orders being placed before 2pm and your chosen flowers being available on the day.
